Roadtrip USA

F

ollowing in the footsteps of great literary heroes, such as Steinbeck, Kerouac and Least Heat-Moon I left Charleston, South Carolina on the 4 May 2013 with a car and a vague plan to explore the blue highways of North America – with amazing company and a trusty ride I called Tog we journeyed 17,335.7 miles over two and half months, and traced a rough loop across the grand continent before finding our way home. Constructing this album has been somewhat bitter-sweet as a car break-in and robbery in Portland Oregon resulted in the theft of our cameras and film and first drafted stories, which we otherwise would have loved to have shared with you all. Hope you still enjoy what we captured of our trip on my old skool Nokia phone camera!
